About the Position

In the role of inside sales representative with us, you will become a central link in our technical sales organization. Your daily work will involve translating customer needs into concrete solutions. You will handle incoming inquiries and orders through our digital systems, but your role extends far beyond mere administration. You will act as a technical sounding board, developing solution proposals, conducting technical quotations, and supporting our field sales representatives with your expertise. By coordinating deliveries and ensuring technical precision at every step, you will ensure that our customers always receive the right solution at the right time.

• We consider it a strong merit if you have experience with the business system Pyramid and are accustomed to navigating technical environments.
• Since the role involves a certain degree of customer care and management of business relationships, occasional business trips may occur, approximately once a month.
• The position is a permanent employment located in Jönköping.
